About Us
Our goal in starting Deep Detail was to address the most common issues brought to our attention: vague arrival time windows instead of precise arrival times, hidden fees, and poor communication.
We are local graduates of James Caldwell, Seton Hall Prep, and West Essex High Schools. We set out on a mission to redefine what service businesses represent. By gathering feedback from friends and family, we sought to understand the biggest frustrations people had with home service businesses. Our goal with starting Deep Detail was to fix the biggest issues brought to our attention: arrival time windows (not actual arrival times), hidden fees, and poor communication
The Team
The team is made up of 6 life-long friends who are passionate professionals dedicated to delivering the best cleaning service in Caldwell and the surrounding areas. Founded by Trevor, an entrepreneur with a vision to redefine service standards, Deep Detail was built on a foundation of reliability, transparency, and top-tier craftsmanship. John, our lead technician, brings years of experience and a love for cars, ensuring every vehicle receives meticulous care. Sam, our apprentice technician, is always learning and perfecting his skills to make sure your car looks its best. And, of course, there's Finn, our Chief Cuteness Officer, who keeps morale high and customer interactions even brighter. With a deep connection to our community and a commitment to excellence, we’re here to be Caldwell’s go-to detailing service for years to come.
